Highly Stable Optical System
The core optical components are integrated into a precision-machined cast aluminum optical bench, ensuring exceptional mechanical stability and eliminating the need for routine optical alignment, thereby reducing maintenance requirements.
High-precision mechanical design guarantees excellent scan-to-scan repeatability. Advanced engineering principles are applied throughout both the optical system and structural components to ensure consistent performance.
The interferometer utilizes a corner cube optical configuration, simplifying system design by minimizing the need for complex electronics and additional moving parts. Many components are user-replaceable, reducing downtime and overall cost of ownership.
An internal dynamic alignment system, combined with a precision-driven movable mirror mechanism, maintains optimal interferometer performance. The high-precision linear guide enhances stability and reliability, even under demanding operating conditions.
The interferometer is hermetically sealed and equipped with a desiccant cartridge to effectively protect the KBr beamsplitter and other optical components from moisture exposure.
A high-performance pyroelectric infrared detector is integrated with a sealed desiccant system to safeguard the coated KBr window, ensuring long-term detector stability and consistent analytical performance.
