Ultra Clear™ TP Ultrapure Water Systems
The Ultra Clear™ TP Ultrapure Water Systems is one system with two choices how to use the water.
The Ultra Clear™ TP-Systems have a fixed and a flexible dispenser to bring the water to your work. They supply the highest producible water quality for all critical test and research areas.
The Ultra Clear™ TP bench top/wall mounting systems are designed for maximizing space saving installations. Each system is equipped with economical state-of-the-art purification technology. Water quality with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ-cm and a TOC level between 1 - 3 ppb far exceeds all reagent water quality standards including: ASTM Type 1, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type 1.
All systems that include UV oxidization, TOC monitoring (TM) and ultrafiltration produce the highest possible water quality. These units deliver RNase-, DNase- and DNA-free water. Systems are also capable of producing purified water with endotoxin levels of < 0.001 EU/ml. The dispense flow rate of ultrapure water is up 2 l/min. The high resolution display indicates the water conductivity in µS/cm or resistivity in MΩ-cm with the corresponding water temperature.
Cartridge changes are very simple and fast due to quick and easy access to the replacement parts. A single UV bulb is used for the oxidization of organic compounds and TOC measurement. The energy saving operation mode enables the user to program the running cycles according to the real needs. The use of a single UV lamp results in much lower annual running cost compared to the competition. A flexible remote dispenser enables the user to dispense water where it is needed.
Protegra CS® Pro RO EDI
The latest reverse osmosis water purification technology designed for high volumes of deionised water across a range of laboratory and industrial applications.
The Protegra CS® Pro RO EDI system is a high-performance purification solution for deionised water applications. Featuring industry-leading reverse osmosis technology and a high-performance Ionpure® CEDI cell, the system maintains water quality at the required standard.
The system is ideal for a range of laboratory and industrial applications with a typical water quality of > 0.07µS/cm and flow rates up to 1000 l/h at 15°C.
Our lab systems help improve operations, and reduce maintenance and operating costs by offering flexibility in distribution sizing and storage. Configure the system to meet your needs working as a standalone or centralised distribution system, delivering water to multiple point-of-use locations within the building. In a lab environment where space is limited, the compact Protegra CS Pro system also offers the ability to store the storage tank separately.
All models include a range of tank sizes to meet different volume requirements, plus the option of a degassing system to protect the Ionpure cell.
LaboStar® Ultrapure Water and Reverse Osmosis Systems
The LaboStar® PRO TWF systems produce ultrapure water straight from your drinking water supply. This equipment incorporates a pre-filtration unit and a reverse osmosis membrane. The pure water collects in an integrated tank and is finally circulated through the polishing module by a circulation pump. The user can extract either Type III water from the built-in 7 l storage tank or Type I water from the dispenser with a quality of 0.055 µS/cm, equivalent to 18.2 MΩ-cm, and TOC of between 1 and 10 ppb, depending on the system type. The RO water quality is displayed as well.
The LaboStar(R) PRO TWF equipment can cost-effectively produce small amounts of analytical-grade water. The water quality exceeds all relevant standards including ASTM Type I, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type I. System can be upgraded with 30 or 60 l storage tank.
