Laboratory Freeze Dryer Series VaCo
The VaCo series is the entry-level freeze dryer and lyophilizer. A modular system makes the laboratory freeze dryer perfectly suitable for a wide range of tasks in your laboratory. The housing is made of robust stainless steel. Different modules can be used with the basic unit, depending on the application. The units are optionally available with a -50 °C condenser or -80 °C condenser and are built according to new EU F-Gases Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014. Environmentally friendly natural refrigerants are used.
Pilot Plant Freeze Dryers Sublimator Series
Freeze dryers of this series are designed for the laboratory or product development. Depending on the size of the unit, the free-standing units have an ice capacity of 5 to 40 kg and a footprint of up to 2.7 m². These units are equipped as standard with a vacuum valve for regulating the vacuum and a separating valve between the drying chamber and the condenser. In relation to the footprint, these units are characterised by a compact design. The cladding is made entirely of stainless steel and is therefore resistant to all commercially available disinfectants.
Bulk and food freeze dryers Sublimator EKS series
Freeze dryers of this series are designed for drying bulk materials. Often food products such as fruits, berries and truffles, as well as herbs and cannabis are dried with these freeze dryers. In addition, these units are used in the production of animal feed. The units have an ice capacity of up to 1,200 kg and, depending on the unit/design, a footprint of up to 90 m². The “R” of the EKS-R series stands for “Radiation”. This means that the shelves are heated via radiant heat from the water-flooded shelves. This is why we speak of radiation drying. The suspended drying trays have no direct contact. This arrangement ensures uniform temperature distribution and drying in the product. In addition, drying is comparatively fast due to the larger surface area of the bulk materials.
Laboratory Autoclaves LabStar series
Our benchtop autoclaves not only fit on any laboratory bench, but the chamber is additionally designed to achieve optimal loading capacity with many standard flasks (e.g. Schott) and Erlenmeyer flasks. Our laboratory and benchtop autoclaves are available in six different sizes and are designed to save space. The angular chamber of the Labstar 40 and LabStar 70 autoclaves are a special feature. They offer a much higher loading capacity than a round chamber unit with almost identical external dimensions. Starting with the LabStar 150, the laboratory autoclaves are also available as pass-through versions.
Laboratory Vertical Standing Autoclaves LVSA series
The Laboratory- Vertical- Standing- Autoclaves, short LVSA, are characterized by their low loading height and easy operation.
Our autoclaves are available in four different sizes from 80 to 153 liters chamber volume. Designed for top-loading, vertical autoclaves offer exceptional durability and are ideal for sterilizing lightweight materials. For added convenience, an optional electric loading and unloading system simplifies handling heavier loads, such as liquid-filled containers.
Floor Standing Horizontal Autoclaves HST series
The stand-alone autoclaves with vertical door are powerful, compact and economical to use. Due to the angular chamber shape, large loading capacities can be realized with comparatively small external dimensions. The optimal solution and use of your laboratory space. The autoclave can be individually adapted to the requirements of your sterilization task. Many options are available. Whether single-door or pass-through autoclave with gas-tight partition. We will be happy to work with you to develop the optimum solution for your sterilization task.
The following diagram illustrates the advantages of a square chamber compared to a round chamber unit in terms of loading capacity.
