Every class A volumetric flask is labelled with “DE-M” according to German measurement and calibration regulations effective of January 2015 by the tolerances of DIN EN ISO 1042.

We also produce volumetric flasks and other measuring devices according to USP by the tolerances of ASTM E 288 and usually  have all products in stock.
All measuring devices are delivered with a quality certificate which provides information on the accuracy of the entire production lot.

As the only manufacturer so far, we depict our production lot in a graph display with addition of the standard tolerances in order to compare them with the exact accuracy.

In the future, our volumetric flasks will have the additional unique characteristic C.C. based on “conformity certified” but also with the back-ground of it being particularly accurate.

The witeg laboratory bottles are printed and burned in with silver diffusion paint and enamel paint, so that a permanently durable print can be guaranteed. Nowadays, witeg laboratory bottles are used in all kinds of laboratories and can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories.

Therefore, the witeg laboratory bottle can be used for a variety of applications, especially in the areas of storage, transport and sample preparation. Made of borosilicate glass 3.3, witeg laboraoty bottles are chemically resistant, stable and, due to its high thermal endurance, autoclavable and sterilizable. The witeg laboratory bottles are also available with color code printing, plastic coating (lightproof up to 380 nm) and amber stained (lightproof up to 500 nm).

The witeg laboratory bottles and media bottles 5 526 xxx B are provided with an identification code and supplemented with a corresponding batch and quality certificate. This design conforms to the USP standard and ISO 4796-1.

Furthermore, the witeg laboratory bottles are supplied with a blue screw cap (PP) with integrated lip seal and a blue pouring ring (PP), temperature resistant up to +140°C. With the color code version, the cap and the pouring ring have the same color as the printing color. All witeg laboratory bottles and media bottles can optionally be delivered with the red high temperature screw cap made from PBT with PTFE-coated silicone seal and ETFE pouring ring, heat resistant up to +180°C.

More versions would be completely neutral laboratory bottles or the witeg laboratory bottle as “OEM”-Version with the own company logo. The range of applications of our witeg media bottles and laboratory bottles are almost unlimited and modifications of the basic bottles and all accessories can be manufactured and offered.

New to our product range: food-safe plastic bottles, which complement our borosilicate glass laboratory bottles wonderfully.
