AQ700 Discrete Analyzer
The AQ700 is SEAL Analytical's top discrete analyzer, designed for high-throughput environmental chemistry labs.
It features four robotic arms and sample trays, enabling extended unattended operation and overnight runs. The AQ700 automates standard preparation, dilution, and sample addition, ensuring no carry-over or contamination.
Its capabilities include low detection limits, automated spiking, and easy maintenance. It complies with regulatory standards and supports various environmental testing methods, such as for alkalinity, ammonia, chloride, and more.
The analyzer uses advanced robotics and a motor driven syringe for precise sample handling. Samples and reagents are incubated in reaction wells, then transferred to a glass cuvette for absorbance measurement, ensuring accurate and reproducible results. A unique probe washer prevents cross contamination, and the system's design enhances reliability by minimizing moving parts.
AA500 SFA
The AA500 AutoAnalyzer is a cutting-edge laboratory instrument designed for total automation and high precision in environmental analysis. Key features include:
Total Automation: Automated startup, shutdown, and maintenance tasks.
Ultra-low Detection Limits: Achieves very low detection thresholds.
Innovative Design: Compact, modular all-in-one housing with easy upgrades.
Multitest Capabilities: Supports multiple nutrient tests without hardware changes.
Environmental Applications: Ideal for analyzing nutrients in various environmental samples like water, soil, and plant extracts.
Segmented Flow Analysis: Reduces inter-sample dispersion and increases reproducibility.
Advanced Components: High-resolution digital photometers, stable LED light source, and chemically inert glass coils.
Wide Range and Flexibility: Handles both high and low concentration samples, with over 700 documented applications and adherence to USEPA, ISO, and ASTM standards.
User-friendly: Easy reagent management, full software control, and quick method changeover.
The AA500 stands out for its combination of high throughput, precise analysis, and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for environmental laboratories.
MiniLab BOD
SEAL Analytical's MiniLab BOD Analyzer automates Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) analysis with precision robotics and flexible software, enhancing laboratory productivity.
It simplifies and automates the BOD5 or BOD7 methods, handling tasks such as sample pipetting, pH measurement, bottle capping, and dissolved oxygen measurement.
Key benefits include 24/7 operation, reduced human error, lower costs, and increased safety. The software offers real-time monitoring, customizable methods, and complete data tracking. The robust, user-friendly system supports up to 300 samples and ensures reliable, automated BOD analysis, allowing users to "walk away" after providing samples.
Digestion Block
The SEAL Analytical Digestion Block, specifically the BD50 model, is designed to automate acid digestions for up to 50 laboratory samples at once, making it ideal for Total Nitrogen (TKN) and Phosphorous (TP) digestion. It utilizes a microprocessor to precisely control digestion conditions, ensuring reproducibility and allowing for unattended operation, even overnight. This automation relieves staff from lengthy digestion processes and prepares samples in advance, enhancing laboratory productivity.
Key features include:
High-grade aluminum block in a stainless steel housing for acid resistance and low maintenance.
Separate programmable, acid-resistant controller to manage temperatures, digestion methods, and error detection.
Safety features such as a safety cut out and protection during power failures.
Compact design to save fume hood space.
Versatility for a range of applications including environmental, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biochemical samples.
Programmable with 20 digestion methods, each with up to 30 steps.
Optional accessories and model options are available, such as different digestion tube sizes and additional safety features to prevent cross-contamination and acid loss. The BD50 model accepts 50 x 75 ml or 100 ml tubes, while the BD28 model accepts 28 x 250 ml tubes, suitable for soil digestion.
