CARBOLITE GERO has over 80 years experience in thermal engineering the brand is synonymous with high quality, leading heat technology in the design and manufacture of laboratory and industrial ovens and furnaces ranging from 30 °C to 3000 °C with a focus on vacuum and special atmosphere technology.

The Company has two manufacturing and sales sites. One is based in Derbyshire, United Kingdom, where Carbolite has been manufacturing laboratory and industrial ovens and furnaces up to 1800°C since 1938; the second facility is located in Neuhausen, Germany, manufacturing high-temperature furnaces to 3000°C.
Ashing Furnace AAF-BAL

The AAF-BAL ashing furnace is fitted with an integral balance and can be used for loss on ignition (LOI) applications. Weight change of the sample is monitored during the heating process and this is required, for example, in the determination of organic matter content in materials such as sediment, sludge, soil and waste. Inorganic materials such as cement, lime, calcinated bauxite and refractories can also be tested.

Laboratory Oven AX

The Apex AX range of 250°C laboratory ovens comprises three bench-top sized models equipped with the R38 digital PID temperature controller. Available options include over-temperature protection, digital countdown timer and lockable door.
