VAPODEST® Kjeldahl Distillation System
VAPODEST® is currently the most modern and powerful analytics system on the market for nitrogen analysis using the Kjeldahl method. VAPODEST® 200, 300, 400, 450 differ in their automation level and are ready to prove their outstanding performance in food and feed laboratories. Especially good for Kjeldahl protein/nitrogen determination in food, feedstuffs, soil, water, substrates and for steam distillation as sample preparation in sorbic acid and cyanide analysis.
HYDROTHERM Automatic Hydrolysis System
HYDROTHERM is the first system worldwide to do an automated acid hydrolysis for the traditional fat determination acc. to Weibull-Stoldt. The automated procedure is a revolutionary concept for fat analysis. The high level of automation saves up to 80 % of the costs per sample in comparison to the traditional analysis. HYDROTHERM works according to international regulations and meets fully the required analytical qualities. No more handling of hot acids or fumes, which means a maximum of safety.
FIBRETHERM® Automated System for Crude Fibre, ADF, NDF
The FibreBag method developed by C. Gerhardt breaks new ground in the classical crude fibre analysis procedure acc. to Weender, van Soest and others. Based on the FibreBag method, FIBRETHERM® offers the fully automated processing of the tedious boiling and filtration steps for crude fibre, ADF and NDF determination. Up to 12 samples can be digested and filtrated simultaneously; tremendous savings in lab space and consumption of chemicals are made.
KJELDATHERM® digestion units are automated block digestion systems which deliver reproducible digestion conditions. The systems meet highest safety standards in the lab and feature the best resistance to chemicals and mechanical stress.
KJELDATHERM®, combined with one of the VAPODEST® distillation units meet the requirements for precision in terms of recovery and repeatability and comply with the official international reference standards, such as §64 of the German Food Law, ASTM, AOAC, EPA, DIN/EN/ISO, VDLUFA, Gafta. Regular successful involvement in ring tests such as GAFTA, FAPAS or VDLUFA, MUVA underline the capability of the equipment.
KJELDATHERM® supports accredited laboratories to fulfil the requirements for a safe, transparent and traceable data management according to the ISO 17025 standard. Data logging of up to 30 digestions, data export to a LIMS, password protection, definable user rights and an extensive logbook guarantee the safety and security of the results.
